Their wash and fold service is slow. I went in first to ask them what their prices were; $30 for 10lbs, $2.50 for greater than that. I came back and brought what I thought to be a fairly normal (30-40lbs) load of laundry for a wash and fold service. They looked at the bag, did not weigh it, and said it would take one week to do. If it was 10lbs they could do it in two days. Would have liked that info upfront.
