Pearl Street Laundry & Dry Cleaning

It's small, clean and convenient. The woman in charge was helpful and respectful. The customers cleaned up their mess when they made one which was very helpful since there was only one person there to clean the whole place. I like it a lot.

I had a horrible experience a few weeks back with one of the staff members (younger woman), there was another customer that witnessed the entire altercation.

I was using an empty cart to transfer my clothes to the dryer, but after a little while the young woman began screaming at me and asking me where the clothes in the cart were. I was so confused and shocked at her quick assumption that I was the one at fault when all I did was use the empty cart I found just sitting around like any other customer would do. Simply excellent service, above and beyond. They have very convenient operating hours and provide notifications by text. They accept credit cards, which is extremely convenient, especially via mobile payments.
Besides providing excellent laundry wash & folds, they offer high-quality fixing and alteration services. They also sell many laundry accessories such as laundry bags, reusable fabric softener balls, lint rollers, etc.
