Massage Envy in Cambridge, MA, offers a variety of wellness services including massages, stretch therapies, facials, chemical peels, and skin care treatments. The location is known for its friendly and knowledgeable staff who dedicate themselves to providing personalized care tailored to each client’s needs. Many customers have praised the therapists for their professionalism and skill, highlighting Caressa’s exceptional massages and her ability to melt muscle tension, often leaving clients feeling noticeably relaxed and pain-free. Others have appreciated the thorough check-in and check-out process, with staff members making clients feel welcomed and comfortable.
Clients also note that the massage therapists are capable of deep and firm massages, with some mentioning significant relief from headaches and muscle stiffness after their sessions. The facility’s atmosphere is inviting, and the staff delivering services are highly regarded for their professionalism and expertise.
However, some reviews mention concerns about the business's sales approach. Customers have experienced pressure to sign up for memberships and purchase products, which can make the experience uncomfortable, especially for those on tight budgets. While the front desk staff and service providers are praised, there are reports of pushy sales tactics from corporate representatives, leading some clients to feel the need to decline offers multiple times. This has caused some to decide not to return, preferring to support smaller local businesses instead.
Overall, Massage Envy Cambridge provides quality services with skilled professionals, focusing on wellness and relaxation, but potential clients should be aware of the sales practices that may influence their experience.

Definitely the best Massage Envy in Boston and the greater Boston area.
