The all-female team of healthcare providers listens attentively and explains conditions clearly, even in busy periods. Digital X-ray and on-site labs are available for accurate diagnoses. Patients appreciate the short wait times, especially compared to Boston locations, and receive empathetic care for a range of illnesses and injuries, from coughs and colds to cuts and broken bones. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure patients feel better, making it a recommended option for urgent care.
This place is EXTREMELY PRICEY, even with insurance. I got charged $800 for an exam that took less than 3 minutes, consisted of someone listening to my chest, and involved no labs or imaging. Avoid if you have any other option to do so.
Thank you, to each health care provider I encountered here. They were thorough, kind and they listened. And, they ran tests for numerous viruses and an ekg because of bothersome heart palpitations with the extreme fatigue. The all woman team was even empathetic to the fact I’d exposed my son’s girlfriend's family to Covid when I thought it was just a cold. They explained why the four or more at home tests I took had not been inaccurate and how the new variants are presenting differently than earlier in the pandemic. I came in sunday with exacerbated asthma symptoms and was seated quickly and kindly :) The PA that helped me was so kind and helped me feel so much better. above and beyond. Really grateful for this care.
