    One of the worst decisions we ever made was to contract with this company. They have a great sales team but their after sales service is unbelievably bad and worst of all there is no way that you can call anyone. The best that you get is an opportunity to send an email or leave a message. And email responses take anything from two days to two weeks. They are only about sales which is really such a pity. Avoid this company.

    If there was minus stars to score a company performance we would give Hubspot minus 5 stars. Madison Garcia, sales representative for companies, located in Texas, has mocked and despised our company and the staff since the very first contact with her. On top of that, after coming many times and advising Hubspot and the other customer service and sales managers about the fully improper approach they were deploying on us, there was not even an intention of solving and fixing the situation, on the contrary, they remained totally silent and unattended to our claims and requests of being taken care of. Please do not even think about considering Hubspot for your CRM needs.

    I have been a paying customer of HubSpot and, while the application itself offers excellent functionalities, my experience with their technical support has been disappointing. I encountered an issue with two-factor authentication (2FA) after upgrading my phone, which prevented me from logging into my account. The support representative, Yesenia A., was unhelpful and unresponsive, often taking more than a day to reply. This lack of assistance resulted in me being locked out of my account for over a week. It's worth noting that HubSpot's own documentation states that the 2FA reset process takes a minimum of 48-72 hours.
