I have been a paying customer of HubSpot and, while the application itself offers excellent functionalities, my experience with their technical support has been disappointing. I encountered an issue with two-factor authentication (2FA) after upgrading my phone, which prevented me from logging into my account. The support representative, Yesenia A., was unhelpful and unresponsive, often taking more than a day to reply. This lack of assistance resulted in me being locked out of my account for over a week. It's worth noting that HubSpot's own documentation states that the 2FA reset process takes a minimum of 48-72 hours.

Rather than write a novel, I suspect the product is pretty strong and I was able to experience some darn good features. I had spent hours uploading a few hundred contacts from multiple sources. I finally tried to send 1 test email for my wife who works at a company that acquires and sells distressed real estate (think, We Buy Ugly Houses).
It was determined to be spam. Ok, sorry but happy to try again, but...
1) they won't let me clone it so I have to start from scratch.
2) they won't let me appeal - fine, but help me figure out how to NOT make it spam
3) they suspended some of my features

I've used multiple hubs from HubSpot's product suite. I've also used Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Marketo, and others. HubSpot is the best tool for integrated marketing to sales performance. I love the software and the analytics it provides.
