Wonderful place! What a great find in Harvard Square. The facility and machines in itself are great (clean and wonderfully maintained), but the owner Isaac is super sweet, kind and helpful. After a stressful week of moving in an incoming freshman, Isaac was such a pleasure to meet and visit with. We had time so we did our laundry (self-service option), but I saw there is also a wash/fold service that is super convenient. You can wait there, but there are also benches outside to relax and enjoy the quiet street view, as well as a nice cafe next door. The machines are super efficient and you'll be in/out in no time. Isaac operates a wonderful service in Cambridge. His laundry mat is 5 minutes from the Charles Hotel and it only takes an hour to do a load (washer and dryer). He has everything you need to wash your clothes or you can drop it off and he will do it for you. He even stayed open longer for our group to do laundry after class. Give Divers Laundry a try and make a friend while you’re there. The community neighbors love him too. From your friends at SEF, thanks Isaac.
Clean, peaceful environment to do laundry and wait. Coffee shop right next door and shaded benches outside. The owner is kind, professional and organized.
Equipment is clean and in good working order. You can get change (quarters) there and laundry detergent.
