I'm doing some private sessions with Kate and Sherry and so far the experience has been wonderful. The ladies are super kind, they explain things so you'll understand and they take their time. The studio is welcoming, very clean and quiet.

I don't know where to begin with my praise of this studio and its instructors because I frankly cannot say enough good things. My Pilates practice with Cilla has transformed the way I walk, move, and breathe. They say we are lifelong students in our Pilates journeys but Cilla stands out with a mastery that is unmatched––she is by far the wisest, most knowledgeable, and kindhearted instructor I've had the pleasure of learning from. She helped me bring greater awareness to my body and breath and her classes carried me through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum––I felt strong and well through it all thanks to her teaching.
I can't recommend Fitlab Pilates enough! I used to take pilates classes frequently and enjoyed it so much, but I ended up moving and eventually found myself unable to find a studio that I clicked well with....until I found Fitlab. The environment, community and staff are very warm and welcoming upon entrance. The studio is beautiful, clean and spacious. I truly enjoy the pace/precision of the reformer classes and the individuality of each instructor. You can tell each class is planned and operated as such but allows for modifications or changes as necessary.
