I used Ellen as my buyer's agent for the purchase of my first property recently and was so happy with her. I was relocating from NY, so it was very helpful to have someone on the ground in the Boston area. Ellen was my eyes and ears for the couple of months I was looking. She kept all new properties that were within the guidelines I gave her in front of me and scheduled all showings around my schedule. When it came time to put a bid in on the condo I chose, she was attentive and thorough. Ellen and I worked together for more than a year. I had been looking on and off while trying to decide whether I was going to move to the west coast. I was also on a tight budget but looking for a lot of house (typically not found within that budget).
