Friendly staff and chill environment. However, my stylist definitely did not know how to deal with my hair type, which is straight medium/fine hair. I asked for a simple trim and it took him 1.5 hours to cut my hair.... The end result is also very uneven and jagged... I wish the stylist would have been honest with me from the beginning that he was unfamiliar with my hair type and just save me a lot of time/money and save him a lot of energy.

Nita is fast, focused and very sweet. She took care to ask what products i used regularly and even three in a free trim to my snarly ends. No frills shop but atmosphere is neighborhood friendly. Don't be like me and call last minute. Book your appointments in advance.
