Having had a sore back for months, and having tried yoga, cryotherapy, and massage, thought I would give Rolfing try, although knew very little about it. Not quite sure how it works, as first treatment or 2 didn’t necessarily appear to focus on back. Between second and third treatment, my upper glute was in agony for 2 weeks, making it difficult to walk and get out of a car. Had a treatment scheduled for the Thursday before heading off to Greece for 14 days. Daphne assured me I would be good to go within next 48 hours, and checked in with me 24 hours later. I came to see Daphne for a painful neck and poor posture. Not only is my neck pain completely gone, there are areas of tension in my body that I didn't even know existed that have been healed. Daphne is truly amazing, intuitive, and skilled at her work. Each session is different but also builds upon the last, and she takes time to explain Rolfing techniques and concepts of human anatomy in an understandable way. Over the course of 10 sessions I could feel changes in my body that I didn't know were related to my neck or back pain. I can't recommend Daphne and rolfing any higher! I saw Daphne over the course of 4 months for help with poor posture and chronic migraine pain resulting from TMJ disorder. She has been instrumental in helping me control and eventually almost get rid of my headaches, and my relationship with my body has changed dramatically. My posture and body awareness have really improved. Daphne is a wonderful, warm person who will help you understand your body better and will enable you to reclaim your health. Her services are really priceless!
