I dropped off my suit for my college graduation and I was told it would be ready on Monday. But when I went to pick it up, they told me it'd actually be done on Wednesday, two whole days after the original pick up date. Too late for my graduation. Horrible service, weren't apologetic at all.

I am reading the reviews. If you had a less than good experience here and found another place nearby that you could recommend, could you leave that in the review? Several reviewers mentioned they went to a nearby drycleaner to get their problem fixed. Names of dry cleaners that people were happy with--after having a bad experience-- here would be helpful. Thank you. I have not used them. So I can't leave a rating. I'm doing research.

Stop lying about your hours. Flagrantly wrong on google and UPS website. Frustrating as hell and disrespectful of people's time.
