I brought in two pairs of old glasses—both were either broken or bent and kept sliding down my nose. I chose this shop because it had the best reviews in the neighborhood, and now I see why. Jackie kindly helped me and repaired both pairs in no time. One was missing a screw, and she quickly found the perfect match. The fit was flawless—like they were brand new—and didn’t need any further adjustment. She even gave me a nice glasses pouch for one of them! It was also surprising to find out that there was no charge at all. It completely made my Friday morning. Thank you so much, Jackie, for the kind and thoughtful service!
I have known Dr. Philips for nearly 30 years! I met him at his JFK Avenue office when I first came to Harvard becoming a graduate student. Dr Philips helped me with glasses and contact lenses. I have been his regular patient ever since. Dr Philips is a wonderful doctor and a noble gentleman. I admire his professionalism and respect to patients. I would like to wish him a great retirement life and a joyful time with his family!
Dr. Phillips is the only eye doctor who always got my lenses right, both for glasses and contacts. He showed me ways to see in new and different ways. He is amazing and my husband and I will miss seeing him in Cambridge!
