Extremely fast, thorough service for our upgrade to a gas insert. Worked directly with Larry via the main number for the entire install service and had no issues. Even for the initial assessment, he went through all the options we had and let us take our time to choose (vs other companies that pushed hard that we HAD to make the expensive decision or had to pay before they would visit). Plus the install team of Jay&Jay were easy to work with and very efficient. Would highly recommend!
We just had our second gas fireplace installed by Black Magic (first was >20 years ago and still going strong). The work was done quickly and cleanly and the slight placement issues were dealt with cheerfully and promptly. We are very happy with their service.
Shout out to Romario, who serviced our fireplace. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The pilot light was restored almost immediately, the embers added and redistributed perfectly, glass cleaned - thank you for taking such good care of our fireplace!
