If you are just looking for the cheapest place to get your dry cleaning / tailoring done I will be totally honest that this is not that spot — they have a premium location right be Harvard square and you’ll pay for the convenience. But if you need something tailored on a tight timeline with the confidence that the quality of the work won’t suffer with a more rushed timeline or are willing to pay a bit more to have staff who are committed to getting it done exactly the way you’ve requested it, then look no further Arrow is absolutely the spot for you. Had a last-minute conference pop up and desperately needed my suit altered in time — these folks absolutely saved me. The tailoring was phenomenal, the turnaround was fast, and they were so kind and sweet throughout the process. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers! Easily the best dry cleaner and tailor in Cambridge!
This is the best dry cleaner ever. I really love the service and I highly recommend it. My dry cleaning always comes out pristine and my clothes look brand new. They also did an excellent job tailoring my skirt and
did it so fast before an important event. The people working there were super nice and they genuinely care about their customers and delivering the best results. They made the nicest most fashionable cut for my skirt, it was perfect for my body type.
