Marty is a saint and a gentleman. My street door lock was no longer working with my key, and he took the trip out fix it. He showed up PERFECTLY on time, gave it a look, basically squirted a drop or two of WD40 into the mechanism, didn't make me feel dumb at all for not trying that myself (d'un, which I totally should have done, obviously), and didn't charge me a thing. Marty was very professional and was able to come right away when we had a problem with the lock on our door. It turned out the issue was easily fixable and Marty gave us an incredibly fair deal. Would definitely call him again with any issues we have!
