Wayne’s drains is the best! I called them on a Saturday because the shower in our downstairs bathroom was filled with dirty water and there was water on the basement floor. They answered right away. They said it was probably the main line drain. They told me the tech would be there in 90 minutes! They said the tech would call within half an hour. The tech called within half an hour and was at my house within the 90 minute time frame. He pulled out the toilet in the downstairs bathroom and snaked the drain. There is a big tree in our front yard that has roots that have caused problems one other time with this drain. Another company I used before recommended very expensive... read full review

I had a drain clog they were prompt, professional took care of the problem and cleaned up before they left. I have root issues and have used Wayne's drains before and continue to be happy with their service. I highly recommend.

My landlord has a property manager who is on top of her game. I contacted her late afternoon on Christmas Day. She got Wayne Drain on it...Mike the tech they sent out was very polite and an engaging conversation while he did his work. Would recommend to my friends
