Thank you to Enos, our service technician from Waltham Pest, whom our landlord sent to our apartment building to inspect my apartment. My neighbors were infested and I was very upset and anxious and have no experience of this nature. Enos was very informative and knowledgeable and calmed me down. Initially I had written a poor review, but it was a mistake and misunderstanding on my part that was clarified on a follow up call. Meeting in person Blake was friendly, professional, thorough, and punctual during our appointment.
From my first call to schedule an appointment, to after service was complete... both the office administrator and my technician were such a pleasure to work with. My technician - Harry - was very professional, knowledgeable and service oriented. Took the time to explain the potential reasons for my pest issue, and worked to resolve it. GREAT team to work with!
