Have only been to the Burlington mall once since the pandemic start, But a friend asked me to go yesterday. we went into the body shop because I use to get their oatmeal face scrub, and loved it so much, it had real oatmeal in it, I've never been able to find anything like it, anyway, we walked in and were greeted by two very friendly staff members. They asked if we needed help, and I asked about the oatmeal scrub, they said it was discontinued but offered me alternatives, while looking around I saw this mint face spray, so I used the tester and it was amazing, immediately I had to have it, I also then chose a vitamin C microbrasion face scrub. And vitamin c face moisturizer. They had a promotion if I bought 2 face products, got 20-percent off my order or if 3 items got 30-percent off. I chose to buy the 3 items in this picture I uploaded. My friend said it seems pricey, I looked at my friend and asked her if she knew the history of the company and it's products, she said no. So myself along with the 2 body shop employees taught my friend about the company history. I was actually soooo impressed that the two young employees were able to explain the history of the body shop. And that these are high quality products. What a wonderful 5 star experience yesterday at the body shop. Fast forward to today, I tried all 3 products, the microbrasion scrub is super fine, I mean super super fine granulation, it doesn't rip your face apart. The moisturizer super creamy, makes my 50 year old face feel amazing. I then sprayed on the mint mist, and well you already knew I loved that from using the in store tester.... I'm now hooked to these 3 products. I'm so glad to have had such a wonderful experience at the body shop, because if you look at my history of reviews you will see after this wonderful experience, we stopped into another store yesterday at the mall, and that was atrocious , and well you can read that review for yourself, but I don't want to post in this review because the body shop is still stellar customer service, product quality even after all these years. I'm actually going to start phasing out all my make up, face and body products, and going straight with the body shop products only.... The store manager I hope reads this excellent review and embraces the experience I had with the two staff members yesterday, I notice all the other reviews posted here are between 8-10 years old. My experience is from yesterday 4/16/22

It says they are open but I went today around noon and pretty much no stores are open. I tried to call but it doesn’t work. Hope to get updates on when things are actually open so I don’t waste time.
