The service was above and beyond all expectations. I spoke to the new pharmacy manager Mike who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was dealing with a complex issue involving my insurance and multiple other pharmacies and he was willing to deal with all of it in order to help me get the medication I needed. I highly recommend it and will be switching to this BILH pharmacy from now on myself.
had some major issues filling my sons seizure medication at CVS.
I was able to transfer his prescription to BILH pharmacy and Michael Nguyen was on top of it and was able to not only fill my prescription but have it delivered to my house.
My first experience here and I have to say Mike, the Manager and Matt were the friendliest, most helpful and truly caring pharmacists I have encountered in a very long time. I was filling a new prescription and was told by CVS that it was backordered and they had no time frame on when I could get it. No compassion, no help. I even called Caremark and got the same information.
My Dr at Lahey suggested their pharmacy. I am so pleased she did!
Not only did they have my medication but Mike told me about a rewards card for my med that got the price lowered so much that I cried. Dealing with all that encompasses my medical experiences this has restored my faith in kindness...read full review
