I've been here a couple times and I've been satisfied with the threading and tinting results. However, both times there was no consultation for shape or measuring for symmetry - the esthetician just went for it. I feel like taking 2 minutes to discuss a client's needs and wants would go a long way to make them more comfortable. This last time I have red bumps under my brows the next morning which has never happened to me before, and my right brow is about a quarter inch further from the bridge of my nose than my left. It's not super noticeable, but I expect more from a professional who is confident enough to just start service without consult.

She performs magic on your brows here, best shaping I've ever had done-- hands down! Price is super reasonable too. Arrived early for my appointment and she was so accommodating. Another customer came in mid-service and I was worried she might hurry to finish my 2nd brow to get to them, but she did not rush at all. She was extremely efficient but also thorough. The shape looks so good!! Definitely will be back for future threading needs!

The experience I had there was fantastic! I received the excellent haircut and style thanks to the staff's expertise and consideration. The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was spotless. They employed top-notch products, which made my hair feel nourished and healthy. I departed with a renewed sense of self-assurance. I'll come back for all my beauty needs without a doubt!
