I was referred to have a trigger point massage with Maurice from one of my clients at this specific Elements massage spa. He is very knowledgeable, professional and helped with A LOT of tension that I had been experiencing. I will definitely return and highly recommend Maurice. ??
I had 2 weeks of back pain and tense muscles after long transatlantic flight, took Ibuprofen, heating packs, stretching, etc, with no relief.Had 1 hour massage session with Steven: oh my! Back to normal self!! Can't thank him enough! So knowledgeable! When people are highly mastered their profession, it makes all the difference
Great massage Maurice did trigger point. It was excellent. Relaxing. Only slight annoyance was other customers next room over were loud and I could hear their entire conversation. Maybe a sound machine and music to cover up the next room sounds or just keep appoints with spaced out rooms?
