The salesman was very professional and spent over an hour and a half with us going through every rug in the store. Although the rugs are more expensive than most area carpets you will buy, the quality is outstanding

Fredy, great guy and very helpful. I disagree with the comment below stating low quality. There are machine made rugs and hand-made. The hand-made rugs are always going to be pricey.

We purchased an oriental runner with the help of Freddy several years ago and it has worn like iron. It has a very neutral background and even with that it looks the same as the day it was installed. Had several installers to choose from but Freddy strongly recommended Norman because of the way the stairs were laid out (90 degree turn at the bottom). Norman even overcast the cut edges of the unused runner pieces for a nominal charge to make a couple of small area rugs we're using in the kitchen. We couldn't be happier with the decision and will definitely be back to see Freddy the next time we need an oriental.
