Highly recommended! They charged $15 per wool sweater and $20 for sewing moth holes in one of the sweaters. These prices are $5 more than other places, but worth it. (Washington Dry Cleaners was much better than Fabriclene around the corner, see my separate review). - I was warmly greeted by Sarah the first time I went in. She was pleasant and patient when answering all my questions. She was there when I picked up my clothes, so seeing her both times consistently and communicating easily felt good.- Sarah is also the tailor. I'm not sure if she's there during all business hours, but I didn't see any signs indicating limited tailoring hours. I haven't had her tailor or alter anything yet (other than fixing moth holes), but I probably will in the future.- When I dropped off one of my sweaters, I showed her 3-4 holes and she said she'd charge me $20 total. When I picked up the sweater, she had sewn closed more than 10 holes, at no additional charge! I appreciated her attention to detail.- It's large inside, so I believe they do all dry cleaning on site, which might decrease delays. - I don't get my clothes dry cleaned very often. When I do, I take everything in all at once. With such great customer service, I feel comfortable trusting them with my clothes next time.
It was my first time coming to this place (found it by accident when the place around the corner did not have the seamstress working that day) and I am very pleased! I had my skirt altered (taken in at the waist) and it fits perfectly now. The price was reasonable too. Would recommend!
