My experience at this particular VIP location was absolutely incredible. An amazing gentleman greeted me named Bassil I explained the trouble I was having and that I was traveling back from Massachusetts to Maine he was incredibly thoughtful and courteous as well as empathetic o my problem. He got me in the cue and the technician was not only skilled and knowledgeable but hilarious. The way o was treated was absolutely perfect and I wish I could say more. Thank you to Bassil and the tech who did the work. Im on the way home feeling safe and secure in knowing the work was done properly. Thank you both again.
