I was a walk-in client. Waited only a short time. My stylist was welcoming and very good. Only issue was the back of my jersey got wet during the shampoo. I should have requested a dryer. Otherwise my experience was very positive!
All supercut eyebrow waxing are charged for 15$, I dropped by yesterday evening for an eyebrow and was charged 18$ and I don’t even see any receipt. Sales tax or service tax, whatever it is, does not amount to 3$ on top of 15$. That’s a 20% hike on the service for eyebrows which costs 15$ per the board on this location. I think I was incorrectly charged on a blank charge of 18$ straight. And the service was not even great. The person who did it claimed that it was frustrating, when it should have been a two way communication of whether or not I like something to be removed or not - it’s as simple as that! I think whoever is in charge of this needs to check and refund.
