Jack has done wonders for my upper back pain (from injuries), as well as helping me get my energy back post-COVID. I love that he explains why he's doing what he does / what we're focusing on. He clearly has an INCREDIBLE understanding of the human body and how its various systems work together. I've gone to him for acupuncture and he's added cupping / gua sha on at the end to help further.
