We had a wonderful experience with them. Jim loves his job and took time explaining to us how we can reduce the chance of pest in our house. Very happy with the service. Shorter wait time and easy to schedule.

Raymond Marrero was not only on time, but early. He was professional and personable. He educated us on the pests we were dealing with and both eradicated the issue as well as told us what to look for and how to avoid them in the future.
I would recommend Raymond and Security Pest Elimination and we would certainly request Raymond again

Update (5/27/25): Bats came back and they lost their bat guy and were unable to honor the 3 year warranty. They did the right thing and refunded the original payment from the year before.
Original: We had a minor bat issue (1 or 2) in our attic and had a number of pest control companies take a look. SPC was by far the most thorough and knowledgeable during the inspection and they didn’t charge for it. They were clear on the options and costs, even recommending a few things I could do on my own.
