I recently had a gum graft done by Dr. Serrano and was very pleased with the results. She was warm, caring and professional. Throughout the entire process she kept me informed about what she was doing. Dr Serrano clearly cares about her patients and her work and I highly recommend her.
From the couple of interactions I have had with Dr. Serrano so far, I think that she is a great periodontist who genuinely cares to provide the best treatment for you. She really takes her time to explain everything in great detail, and is not in a rush to over-advise on any operations. While I went to her for a special dental treatment, I think I will just continue going to her for my regular dental care.
