I did an eye examination and I would recommend this place. I was not very good at English at that time but Doctor Susan is very nice and patient. When I met some problems with my contact lens order, she was very helpful in our communication and helped me get my package back. The examination is indeed a little bit fast as others said. But the contact lens works perfectly for me.
My experience with Kenmore Optical was fantastic, and refreshing. Dr. Susan O'Shea was extremely helpful, explained the process step by step, all updated equipment. The office may be small, but the staff are very professional with a large display of frames every one was friendly and eager to help. I would recommend Dr. O'Shea to anyone looking for more than an okay eye exam. I very satisfied with the eye exam, A 5 star rating is appropriate
