Mel was very helpful with all my needs went above and beyond with picking up my hearing aids in Waltham and having them back to the Brookline office the next day as I was without hearing aids due to fixing them she also noticed I needed better mold -speaker in my right ear due to my bad hearing lost in my right ear
I made a appointment but I but in the wrong date, I showed up the next day when it thought was my appointment but they were nice to see me and adjusted my Hearing Aid's. Thank you.
They never disappoint! The two staff members I've dealt with, Rachel and Makayla, could not be more responsive, professional, and friendly. What a night and day difference from two years ago when this "branch" seemed to be on its way to closing.
