I and my mom enjoyed our experience, but please make sure your specific tech is knowledgeable on the style you’d like. I requested cat eye nails, and my texh was taught on my toes during my appointment. Some of my toes look nice, but most just look like glitter nails (which is not what I wanted). I’m disappointed because I paid more for the cat eye design, but didn’t receive it.

It took me years living in Brookline to find a nail salon I liked, and after finding Hands and Heels years ago I never go anywhere else (and have turned several friends on to there). I have never had a bad experience - everyone is detail oriented and thoughtful, and incredibly accommodating. If I ever move out of Brookline, I would still drive here to get my nails done.

I used my class pass account for this appointment which is so convenient! They did such a great job on my nails. My nail tech was very detail oriented and took time making sure my nails looked good!
