I just walked in the other day, therapist (Joy) was available and WOW, she is the most skillful and strong in this area for Asian massage places. She was able to dig very deep problems out of my head to toe and this is what I needed for long time. $75/h, room was nice and warm with portable heater, nicer blanket than most of Asian places, I was very comfortable on very cold evening. She said she is the one answers phone calls, so I figure service might get interrupted, but luckily mine didn't. She has a lot of different techniques comparing to others and all are very effective, I was very impressed. She gets exact spots and make sure go over the all possible pressure points. She keeps coming back to troubled area with so many different ways to massage and I appreciate her so much. Her tempo is very fast but each spots gets enough treat. I am sure she can do smooth and easy work as well if you ask, but I do like very strong pressure. She is one of the hardest worker I know now.
I have not been back since back surgery last year and now the pandemic, but the massages I had since my first review did not diminish the great review I gave this little gem of a place. Note: you can hear everything because the rooms are not insulated, but hearing the occasional patron entering or exiting is well worth it, especially at these prices. I cannot wait to get back to my regular massage routine.
First time coming here and I had a 30 minute cupping session a few days ago. I had some tension building up in my neck and shoulders for weeks since I have been exercising more, but I felt great after my appointment. Before the cupping started, the initial massage hurt when it was around the base of my neck. This same area hurt during the cupping, but during the follow-up massage after the cups were remove, the base of my neck looser and more relaxed. This was my first time doing cupping, so it was a bit weird experience. Seeing red and purple spots was strange, but they fade away. I noticed that the red spots were mostly on my back where I didn't have too much pain, while the purple spots seemed to be more prevalent on my neck and shoulders where I had the most tension and pain. Overall, this place is great. I will try a body message next time to see how it compares to cupping.
