Just had a very nice experience with this company. I left a phone message. They called back within a minute or two, gave me a good price and said they would be at my house in 30 minutes. They did as they said they would and were done installing a new water heater shortly thereafter. From the initial phone call to me writing this review has all occurred in less than 4 hours.
Zack is a perfectionist. I emailed him on a Sunday morning that our water heater wasn't working, followed up as promised by a phone call in early afternoon. He was at our place in Brookline within 10 minutes and spent well over half an hour figuring out the tangle of water lines in our storage area that had puzzled us ever since we moved in. He discovered that our primary bathroom had floor heat and got it working. Our water heater was too old and in too poor condition to fix, and Monday morning he was back with a new water heater that was up and running in two hours. AA addressed the problem we’ve had for years of our toilet leaking into the downstairs apt. Every other plumber replaced the wax ring. In fact there were several stacked. The issue was we needed a phalange. Arrived early, fixed the problem in 45 minutes. Highly recommend these guys.Service: Toilet repair
