Had pain in my shoulder, after one session made me feel great. No longer have the pain. Massuse was very nice and attentive. Went home and slept like a baby. If you have any issues or pain, they will take care of you.
I have been here twice and both experiences were extremely relaxing. The massage therapist hits every spot. I leave feeling relaxed and feeling great. I really recommend. I personally like hard/deep pressure and it's always been on point!
I visited 1+1 Lifestyle Spa on Labor Day. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the owner. She is a people person that made me feel very comfortable. The Spa is clean and the ambience is relaxing. I had a Chinese massage that completely relaxed my muscles and reduced some stress. The experience and massage results were excellent. I'll be going back.
