The directors were very helpful and attentive. Overall, it is very spacious and clean. I don’t regret choosing the funeral home. I gave them 4 instead of 5 because there is room for improvement. First, the staff during calling hours did not have answers to some of our questions. When I asked him for more tissue boxes he said he will get one but they are running short on tissue paper. That is one supply that you should never tell someone you are running low on. I would have liked if all the prayer cards were laminated without me requesting it after the service. Overall, it’s a good funeral home.

Excellent job they did on my dad back in 2010. They were very professional and compassionate towards me and my family. I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent place. Not that I wish death on anyone cuz I don't but they went out and beyond for my family

David Malo and his team were nothing but super supportive and responsive with every detail. With each decision, we were guided with utmost professionalism while offered experienced recommendations. We changed a few details along the way but at every curve they were responsive and quickly confirmed back. Thanks to him and his team, our family could grieve stress free. God forbid but whenever we experience another loss, we will turn to Russell-Pica.
