Very unprofessional and unorganized. The work ethics and environment. Had me waiting long time for an already booked appointment and just to finally sit me in the chair after 40 minutes. Lady is walking all over the place for 10 minutes and then comes and says she doesn’t have the materials to do my hair. SMH.

I went to this place for a wash and set after a Google search. I called to make an appointment and asked for the price and was told they have to see my hair first before they can quote me (RED FLAG)!! I still went and was seen right on time. Place looks pretty clean, and the lady who washed my hair did a good job massaging my scalp. One thing I didn't like is how hot the blow drier and hot combs were. I'm sure I have heat damage now. The reason for the 1 star is that they charged me $120!!! I have NEVER paid so much for just a wash and set. That's highway robbery. Absolutely everything. I met danielle as a client of mine and soon realised she is amazing, I am now on Spray tan number 2 and had my eyebrows waxed and tinted with her. Amazing prices and quality work.
