Golden Nails offers a mixed experience. While some customers have reported excellent pedicures and long-lasting gel polish manicures, others have had disappointing experiences. Some have received subpar acrylic nails that were not up to standard, and even though the technicians may seem knowledgeable, mistakes can occur. Service can also be pricey, with some customers feeling like they wasted their money.

My pedicure was 5 Star worthy, but my sister got acrylic nails that have left her traumatized. They look and feel horrible! The lady who did it appeared to know what she was doing, but she had no clue and did not bother to suggest we use someone else. The service was over $50 which was a complete waste. I hope they fix this before someone falls victim like we did. It felt like they did this because we were from out of town.

The workers are all nice. I got a Mani Pedi. The polish didn't match even though both polishes came out of the same package. So I was disappointed about that and then they couldn't find a color to match so I was stuck with the nails for 3 weeks that didn't match my toes.

quick service when it’s not busy. very nice and cooperative. the color is cute it’s just the shape.. it’s not giving square only problem is i showed a picture of what i wanted and i didn’t receive what i wanted. there’s a clear difference that wasn’t made… other than that i’d recommend this place if you want something simple.
