Al is honest, professional, courteous and is absolutely a mold and ventilation expert! Al responded quickly to my home and efficiently assessed issues in my attic. He walked me through the issues he saw, what caused them, and what remediation should look like. He taught me the difference between thermal ghosting and colonized mold. We talked about the different types of roof venting and what was wrong with mine. He sent a vermiculite sample off for asbestos testing to confirm I have none! Al was able to assess our home quickly, did a very thorough inspection and was able to give a lot of advice on how to address the issues he saw and to prevent mold issues from occurring again in the future. Highly recommend!
