They are so nice and my hair always looks good and my hair lasted for 4 months and it looked like I only had it on for 1 1/2 months most definitely recommend

Took 2 HOURS just to get into a chair the owner wasn’t in and thete were only 2 workers one was in charge and wouldn’t stop talking for the life of her 1 stars

I have had two different stylist for two different things, 12 long box braids and another time two strand twist and I was very happy with how they came out I think they do a really good job my only issue is they do not honor appointments after scheduling a week in advance and calling to confirm before leaving work I ended up being there and waiting around from 3p to 10 o’clock p (finish by 10 PM ) and was not notified that they were short because I had called just prior to coming in.

The girls have done a beautiful job the two times that I have went for two different things once I did 12 box braids and then another time two strand twist style they do not honor appointments I was there from 3 o'clock till 10 o'clock because they said it was OK to come but I ended up waiting three hours and by then I had no time to call somebody else to make another appointment I booked my appointment a week in advance and I called to confirm prior to leaving work I think that was like the worst experience I've had for booking and scheduling with a hair salon

I'm mad I have to give them a star because if I could I would give them NOTHING. This is by far the WORSE hair salon that you can ever come to in Brockton! I came here about three times my whole life & they were trouble EVERY SINGLE TIME. First, lets talk about how they braid your hair SUPER tight & don't care about how you feel; I told the lady multiple times that she is braiding to tight & to loosen her fingers and she replied "If I braid soft its not going to last" which is okay because I would rather lose braids than my hair being pulled out & ruined when it's time to take them out. Secondly, they take longer than needed just to get you braided, they'll start your hair & then they'll move on to the the next person who just walked into the salon for an hour, then they'll come back to you. They won't even finish half of your head just to eat a wholeeee entire plate of food before going back to your hair. Thirdly, you can ask for a certain hairstyle and also show them a picture & they will still continue to do their own style on you. I paid $180.00 which is a bit pricey compared to where I usually go in Boston. DO NOT COME HERE if you adore your own natural hair because all they do is break your hair and comb it out with a tiny comb that you would normally part you with. ALSO LAST BUT NOT LEASE I ASKED FOR THIS & GOT THIS I took my hair out the very next day & disputed their $180.00 with my bank just to get my money back so it wouldn't be a waste but it was still a waste of my lovely Friday afternoon!

Bad business you make an appointment a week before and get there opening time they have others at the same time I felt like I was forgotten about and I feel some type of discrimination because they were suppose to call me back when someone was available like they always do at times I was getting my hair done for the first time they would call you when the person is done I felt like they took their own kind and just skipped right over me that why you make appointments they can take your money I felt like my time was wasted because I could have went somewhere else not person of their word lie to get ahead messed up my whole day I would not recommend any of my friends

They charge you a lot money over there their charge me more than I usually paid to get my hair done other places plus their not they make wait a whole 2 hr still charge more and I bought my hair too still charge me a lot??♀️?
