This company is a scam. I have a check for $2k and still cannot cash it. Bank of America kept telling me to tell Pata property management to get a new check. They won't even tell me why the check is no good due to privacy. Iucky I didn't finish a floor project for them in Quincy. They thoughts by giving me $300 cash and $2k check that I would finish the job. Nope not in America. Thanks for the $300 cash and a waste of time.

Warning! This guy is a fraudulent scam artist. Pata posed as a real estate agent and took $1600.00 from me without any receipts or paperwork after showing me an apartment supposedly available in Brookline. It has been almost a month and he stopped answering my phone calls and I have no keys to the apartment, no paperwork and I'm starting to feel out of luck. Don't believe his front of a legitimate business or his lies! I would not suggest anyone deal with this thief and con-artist.
