I can’t say enough good things about this place. Rachel and Molly are not only friendly and fun to talk to but very knowledgeable and professional. I was nervous going into PT as someone who’s suffered from chronic back pain but the progress I’ve felt even in this month of work is really encouraging. The exercises and motions are explained clearly and I feel confident in what I’m doing while being coached with encouraging words. I leave each session feeling better and looking forward to the next. Rachel has supported my recovery from various injuries over the past few years and has helped me get back to my baseline so I can keep participating in the activities that I love. At the end of each session she used the Graston tools to aid in muscle recovery. So thankful for Rachel and the team at Motion PT!
I had a wonderful experience at Motion PT with both Rachel and Molly! I was there every week for a year as I did pre-surgery rehab & post surgery rehab for my fully torn left ACL. In addition to being great PTs, they are kind and lovely people that I looked forward to seeing each week. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!
