I learned my mantra and meditated today at Maha Yoga Center. It was a treat to sit calmly and peacefully, to just sit and exist at peace. If you find solace in the present moment, and meet kind and like-minded people in the process, then please come visit the Center! I'm happy that I did :)

I went to get a massage with Ruth and omg what a great massage it was the room and the atmosphere was amazing I've gotten massages before but by far she’s the best I live in Attleboro and I’ll be going back rain or shine.

I love Maha yoga center. Danielle's class has been life changing for me and my chronic pain and stiff joints. I look forward to my class every week I leave there feeling a sense of well being throughout.
