The company has provided excellent service and quality work, including building a new deck, renovating a bathroom, replacing windows and siding, and completing a large project involving demolition and reconstruction of a garage, mudroom, porch, and living room. Their sub-contractors are also praised for their professionalism and quality of work. We have been very happy with both the service and quality of work provided by SeaBreeze Home Construction. The owners, Amanda and Mitchel, are very thorough, fair and knowledgeable. After purchasing a home that needed lots of updating, we hired SeaBreeze to build a new deck which came out great. Mitchel discovered some rot in the existing house member requiring some replacement work. This was accomplished without impacting the schedule. The next project was a full bathroom renovation, which also came out great. We selected and purchased the fixtures and tile. Amanda and team were great to work with - very responsive. Replaced 2 decks on our summer cottages. Couple small issues were resolved immediately without haggling which is key when finding a partner to do this kind of work. Will work with them again!
We had a fairly large project and Seabreeze worked with us through the entire process, involving fine-tuning the design plans, demolition of an existing garage and porch; and rebuilding a new garage, mudroom, porch and expanded living room. Amanda and Mitchell are easy to work with, responsive to questions/changes, organized, and attentive to detail and design. Mitchell is a meticulous craftsman and a perfectionist. Their sub-contractors were all excellent - came when scheduled, did their jobs well and were friendly. Amanda oversaw everything making sure everything was done the right way.
