I called and left a detailed message never got a call back. It's now been a week. If you don't want the job a 10 second phone call would be enough.

Kevin is professional, responsive and skilled. I cannot say enough about his efficient work, proactive communication and reliability. He has completed small, somewhat annoying jobs for us and did not dismiss us as too insignificant to bother with. We are now completing an addition to our homw and look forward to Kevin completing the heating and air conditioning.

We used Flaherty Heating and Air Conditioning to install two mini-split air conditioning units in the bedrooms on the second floor of our summer home in Harwich Port. Kevin was recommended to us by our plumber and it turned out to be a good choice. After we signed him up for the job, an extraordinary heat wave hit the area and so he was not able to get the job started as quickly as we would have liked. Once he hot started, however, he was there nearly continuously until it was finished.
