Thank you to Rick, Ace & Tia. Rick took my two German Shepherds Maikoh and Bear (White Shepherd & Black and Tan) for a two week board and train program. My guys were not socialized as puppies and have behavioral and fear-based aggression issues to other dogs and strangers. I have seen marked improvement in both of them in the week since they have been home carrying on with the Boot camp routine of training them. Very pleased with the progress and looking forward to more positive changes. Hoping to break them in around other dogs in public for a follow up training session with Rick.
We had such a great experience with Rick at ExFed. After an unsuccessful attempt at training a very stubborn rescue pup at another facility, we were at a loss as to what to do. I reached out to Rick and he was extremely responsive. After an extensive phone call and a subsequent follow up session in person, he gave us hope again!
