Cape Dreams Building & Design
“After years of renovating, building a home from scratch was intimidating, but choosing Cape Dreams was the best decision we could have made.
Our project manager, Jon Buck, exceeded our expectations at every stage—going above and beyond responding to design changes and our endless questions. Jon handled every pivot with incredible patience, professionalism, and creative solutions, even taking time to walk vendor sites with us to guide our custom stone and window selections.
What sets Cape Dreams apart is their uncompromising attention to detail, the craftsmanship throughout the home is remarkable, down to intricate custom features like our glass staircase. Their seamless project management kept the project on track, Jon and the team communicated transparently about schedules and options, and ensured no detail was overlooked. The site was kept immaculately clean throughout construction, and every subcontractor was professional, polite, and respectful.
The end result is a home that we absolutely love. Paul and his team have built a culture that prioritizes both top-tier craftsmanship and exceptional client relationships. We recommend Cape Dreams 100% to anyone looking to build a custom home on The Cape!
