We had a great experience building our new house with Cape Dreams. The building quality is excellent and Paul is very knowledgeable and responsive. He works with great subcontractors and vendors. We love our new home. Highly recommend Cape Dreams!

We feel extremely fortunate to have found the Cape Dreams team to fully renovate our house. Since the moment we met Jon, he exceeded our expectations every step of the way, and there is nothing that Chuck can’t build, no matter how complicated. The process went smoothly, and Jon was always available and had tremendous communication. We made a number of changes and additions during the process, and the whole project still went on without any issues and finished on time. We highly recommend Cape Dreams.

We worked with Allen and his team from Cape Dreams for our teardown/rebuild project in Brewster. We could not have been happier with the results. Allen was very patient, always took time to answer our questions, and is very organized. He always paid attention to our wishes and expectations. He made very certain that he understood our vision. Their quality of work is exceptional and they stayed true to budget.Allen’s subs were also great. They were friendly, on time, and kept a very clean worksite.I cannot say enough about Allen and his team. I would highly recommend Cape Dreams and we would definitely use them again for future projects.
