We had a color consult and agreed on an approach beforehand and I could tell she understood exactly what I wanted. During the appointment, she explained everything she was doing and why. We had time to review and tweak things before she moved on to the next step. I ended up with exactly the shade I wanted. We discussed how to maintain and what the next appointment would look like to touch up my roots. I am very impressed with her professionalism and attention to detail, not to mention the end result was exactly what I was hoping for.
