I’ve been going here for years and have never had a problem. Until today. I understand they’re busy, but this was not okay. I got a call yesterday at 4:32 pm (they close at 4:30 so I couldn’t call back & talk to someone.) I had an appointment today at 8:30 am, had to be there at 8:15 am. On the voicemail they said my insurance is not longer covered, and now my appointment is “time sensitive” and to call back at 8:30 in the morning. I ended up showing up at 8:15 am, because I needed to discuss this in person as I was pretty upset with how they told me. I get there, and she informs me that they stopped taking my insurance in January 2026. It’s May 9th 2026....read full review
I've been back and fourth about writing a review, but have to. First, I will say the nurses were great! However, the front desk was slightly discombobulated. Upon walking in and checking in, one of the girls took a personal phone call. Checking out and making an appointment was an absolute hassle. But the concern with HIPAA is where I decided I needed to transfer. They have massive computer screens, with no private screen covering on them so anyone can read anything and really without trying. You're standing there while they figure out an appointment and have no where else to look aside from straight...at a patients profile. It was really concerning actually. Having come from working in medical for almost 20 years, I was shocked this hasn't been addressed. Decided to transfer elsewhere but hope, for other patients sake and privacy, they handle this ASAP.
Wonderful experience!! Warm and inviting office and staff. Front desk receptionist ladies are very nice and helpful. The nurses and rest of team are very informative, honest, sweet and caring. Prompt and concise care received throughout appointment. Smiling faces and good humor, I felt taken care of and peaceful while I was there. Highly recommend this practice! So glad I made the switch from my previous obgyn. Parking is also super convenient with beautiful landscaping. I won’t go anywhere else from now on!
